Hello, This is Kenn

I’m sick and tired of the people currently working at the finical aid office at my college. With this being my last semester, I thought that they would have gotten everything figured out, but they still can’t seem to get things right. The purpose of having able working employees at any office is to make things easy.  They’ve been painfully slow, even unresponsive at times, with replying to emails from me and other students. Also, they seem unable to file documents that was given to them on the spot. Sloppy, messy and useless office workers. Some may argue that they’re tired from being so busy all the time. I’ve been there almost every single day for an entire semester. Trust me, they’re just useless.
