I’m liking what I see for the Fall 2012 menswear lineup for H&M. I’m loving the green jacket and how it juxtaposes the strong darkness of the other look.

Wearing a bow tie is a nice change to the regular tie. Change it up.

Being the menswear and fashion addict that I am, I went and watch the entire Burberry Prorsum Fall/Winter 2012 show. These two had to be my favorite of them all. Very classical but with a touch of edge and modernization by including the studded leather and the choice of fabric. Loving that double breasted suit.

A day or so ago I made a guide focusing on fitting and styling of men’s suits. On the guide I mentioned a little bit about shirts and not being afraid of wearing colors. I wanted to show you some examples so today I went shopping and picked up two shirts for around $24. Notice the color and pattern. I advise introducing subtle colors (i.e. blues) and fine patterns so that you are adding interest at a comfortable level. Patterns can give you a more laid-back feel to the outfit. The fit/style of both shirts are fitted or slim. If you’re on the huskier size, it’s best to buy a size larger and don’t forget to try it on. The shirt should fit and flatter your figure. Don’t feel obligated to buy something too small. I hope it helps.

I remember looking desperately for some sort of fitting guide when I was buying my suit ages ago. After many fail attempts, I was force to gather the information myself. After doing some much needed research on fitting combined with my own personal experiences (plus my interest for fashion), I’ve decided to put together this guide to help you guys out. Keep in mind that this is what I believe to be the ideal fitting for a suit, therefore it might not reflect yours. I know we all have our own style and taste, but my intentions are to help those who are in need of some basic fitting/styling tips. Enjoy!
